A signed contract and retainer are required to officially reserve your date. The retainer is non-refundable and secures your booking on my calendar. All remaining balances are due by the date outlined in your agreement. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require a new agreement if the original date cannot be accommodated. For destination weddings and travel sessions, additional travel fees and arrangements will be outlined in your proposal prior to booking.
All images are delivered as high-resolution digital files for personal use only. I retain the copyright to all images and reserve the right to use select images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes.
By booking, you agree to the terms outlined in your contract and understand that photography is an artistic service, and final image selection and editing are at the photographer’s discretion.
